When do distributions start?

Once your investment has been issued, there is a one month administration period, during which we’re administering your investment and working to deploy your capital. You’ll find that a 30 or 60-day administration period is typical for most other funds.

After the one-month administration period has passed, your investment is expected to begin earning interest. Returns are scheduled to be deposited on the first of every month. Due to the time it take for ACH transactions to be made and posted, it may take 3-7 business days for the deposit to appear on your monthly bank account statement.

Please note that the amount of your first deposit may be less than subsequent distributions. This is because returns are calculated on a daily basis, so depending on the issuance date of your investment, your first distribution may reflect a statement period that is less than one full month.
