What happens when an offering becomes unavailable?

Wunder offerings are conducted on a continuous basis, accepting new investments and deploying new loans, at the fund manager's (Wunder) discretion. If Wunder finds that a fund's finance offering is no longer competitive in the market, the fund may be closed to new investment.

While offerings are conducted on a continuous basis, volume may be restricted periodically in order to ensure that investor funds do not sit idle. Restricted offerings may be re-opened as soon as additional financing capacity becomes available.

For more information, please see a Wunder Fund's Offering Memorandum.
