What happens when an offering becomes unavailable?

Our Fund will remain open to new investment until we determine that the financing product is no longer competitive in the market. Once that determination has been made, we will close the Fund to new investment, deploy the remaining capital and manage those assets and debt obligations going forward. At that point, we may decide to launch a new fund that better reflects the current market dynamics.

While offerings are conducted on a continuous basis, volume may also be restricted periodically in order to ensure that investor funds do not sit idle. Restricted offerings may be re-opened as soon as additional financing capacity becomes available.
