Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a common security measure that requires more than one method of authentication to verify a user’s identity when logging into an online account. The goal of MFA is to create a layered defense and make it more difficult for an unauthorized person to gain access to a user’s account.

Wunder does provide users with the option to activate multi-factor authentication on their Wunder accounts. To enable it, you will need to link your phone number or a multi-factor authentication app like Google Authenticator (iOS | Android) to your Wunder account. Once enabled, you will then be required to complete the multi-factor authentication process when attempting to login or complete other sensitive activities within your Wunder account. At that time, a short string of numbers will be sent to your mobile device, which you will need to enter when prompted by your Wunder account. Learn more about this process here.
