1099 OID

At the end of each year, investors will receive a 1099-OID stating their taxable earnings, unless they placed an investment using an IRA, in which case their IRA custodian will issue the appropriate tax forms. For an investment with Wunder, interest from the notes is not “unconditionally payable,” so it is treated by the IRS as Original Issue Discount (OID).
