What is a "Principal Adjustment?"

If you hold a solar investment in a Wunder Fund, you may see a line item that reads "Principal Adjustment" on a monthly Statement.

A Principal Adjustment reflects a write down of principal, on a pro rata basis, in connection with a loan loss in the Fund’s underlying loan portfolio.

Wunder will continue to provide tax forms for reporting purposes, including - where applicable - a Form 1099-B after the full payment of the Platform Note. Investors may be able to report the principal loss to the IRS for tax reporting purposes - investors should seek guidance from tax counsel.
